With the Mannavida Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia Bread Kit you can have two healthy and delicious Focaccia Bread loaves that are free from gluten and many of the most common Food allergens.Ingredients
Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Cornflour, Sorghum Flour, Natural Nutrient Mix (contains Vitamin C, Antioxidants, Nutritional Fibre), Egg White, Rosemary, Baking Powder, Garlic, Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Sugar.Directions
Empty bread mix, seasoning sachet and Nutrient mix into a bowl. Add 400ml warm water and mix.
Pour in the mixture.
Leave to rise for twenty minutes.
Drizzle Olive Oil over the top of the loaf, sprinkle Rosemary on top.
Bake at 210°C for 15-20 minutes.
