The Path to Salvation
1. Take a teaspoon of oil and rub onto both sides of your steak.
2. Sprinkle approx. 1 teaspoon of the beef rub onto both sides of your steak and leave for 5-10 minutes.
3. Place into a hot frying pan or griddle pan and cook to your liking turning at least once to caramelise the rub.
4. When cooked, why not serve with Red's South Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce.
This 35g pack is enough for 5-6 225g steaks and is also perfect for beef brisket, smoked low and slow in your barbecue.
For best results smoke low and slow in your barbecue.
