Ingredients
Spice Blend (Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Cardamom, Aniseed, Clove, Fenugreek, Cayenne, Cassia, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Mace, Bay, Nutmeg), Green Chillies, Garlic Purée, Sunflower Oil, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Acetic Acid).Directions
Masala Prawns (On the pack recipe)Prawns simply and tastefully cooked in the masala blend with onions and tomatoes. Serves 4.1 Tablespoon cooking oil1 Finely chopped medium onion200g chopped tomatoes. Tinned or fresh.2 Little Dabbas For Seafood500g PrawnsChopped coriander to garnish1. In a saucepan / deep frying pan heat the oil and sauté the onions until soft.2. Add the tomatoes and the Little Dabbas. Stir together. Cover and allow to simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.3. Add the prawns. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat. Stir occasionally until the prawns are cooked. 5 minutes before the end of cooking add a little water if more sauce is required.4. Garnish with coriander and serve.Warnings
