Rice cakes are very nourishing, thanks to the wholegrain cereals: rice, corn, buckwheat, quinoa, millet et amaranth. Moreover they contain sesame seads. They are low in saturated fat and low in sugar. The rice cakes can be eaten as such or with a spread of your choice, as a slice of bread. It is ideal as a snack or to satisfy your hunger in-between meals. These rice cakes are gluten-free and 100% biological.

Directions
Can be eaten as such or with a spread like a slice of bread. The cakes combine perfectly with both sweet and spicy spreads. Can be enjoyed with a spread for breakfast or as a snack can be used as a bread replacement at meals, or as a light snack (e.g. between meals).
